How to refill your vape using premium THC vape liquid

Premium THC vape liquid was created to work in most refillable vape devices, such as pod systems, tanks and refillable cartridges. Before you begin, ensure the device you are using is capable of being used with vape liquid and the pod or tank is in good working order and free of debris.

• Never attempt to refill disposable vapes unless they were manufactured to be refilled.

A step-by-step guide to refill your vape device

1. Turn off the vape device. Prior to adding e-liquid to the pod or tank, turn off your vape device. This will help prevent accidental activation during the process of removing the pod or opening the tank.
2. Remove pod or tank. Remove the pod (most pod systems have a removable cap at either end), remove the silicone plug located on the side or bottom of the tank. Tanks typically have a screw-off lid at the top. Be careful when opening the pod or tank as some designs allow for easy removal while others require more force.
3. Locate the filling port. Find the filling port in your tank or pod. For most pods, it’s found through a small plastic plug. For tanks, it may be located at the top, but could also be on the side. Make sure you’ve located the correct part before attempting to fill your device.
4. Pour e-liquid slowly. Put the nozzle of the 5ML bottle into the filling port. Try not to pour liquid down the middle airflow tube in case it causes spitting or gurgling issues. Add e-liquid slowly by squeezing the bottle gently and pouring little amounts at a time. Don’t fill up your device completely, as leaving a bit of space between the liquid and top of the tank will provide room for expansion which will reduce the chance of spills.
5. Close the filling port securely. Reinsert the silicone plug once you’re finished, or put the top back onto your tank. Ensure that the seal is tight and doesn’t leak anywhere.
6. Wipe away any excess e-liquid. Clean the exterior of the tank/pod and any parts where you may have dripped e-liquids with a cloth before putting everything back together again.
7. Wait for several minutes. Allow your device to sit upright for 5 – 10 minutes once you’ve filled your pod or coil. This gives the coil a chance to absorb the liquid and reduces the chances of getting a burned taste.
8. Take soft puffs at first. Take a few short puffs initially to test how well your device works. If you have a device with variable voltage settings, set it low and gradually adjust as necessary.

Common issues encountered during refueling:

• Spills. Spills occur due to excessive amount of e-liquid added to your pod/tank; poor sealing of the filling port; or liquid entering through the center airflow port. Always add e-liquid slowly and verify that the filling port is sealed correctly before vaping.
• Burning taste. Burning tastes can result from insufficient soaking time of the coil. Allow 5-10 minutes to pass after adding e-liquid to a new pod/coil before vaping.
• Gurgling/sputtering. Gurgling/sputtering occurs when there is too much liquid within the coil chamber. Keep your device upright, wipe clean the mouth piece and take shorter puffs.
• Weakened flavor. Weak flavor is often indicative of an old coil, dirty pod or unbalanced temperature control. If flavor remains weak, replace with a new pod/coil.

Safe storage & handling tips:

1. Store premium THC vape liquid in a cooler environment (i.e., away from direct sunlight).
2. Keep premium THC vape liquid away from heat sources (e.g., radiators etc.)
3. Always tighten the caps after each use.
4. Never store vape liquids in vehicles left parked in extreme temperatures.
5. Do not drive or perform mechanical operations after consuming THC products.
